New Clients: You will be asked to provide a credit card to hold your appointment at our Germantown, WI, spa. Your card will not be charged until the time of service. Gift certificates cannot be used to reserve appointments. If you have special health concerns such as allergies (nuts, shellfish, lavender, and/or gluten) or are pregnant, diabetic, are on blood thinners, or have other medical conditions, please let us know when booking your service, so we take that into account when planning your appointment.

Appointments are made for spa services on a first-come, first-served basis. Advanced reservations are recommended. Some same-day services may be accommodated.

For group reservations of three or more, 50% of the service is paid at the time the reservation is made.

Clients who are no call/no show will be charged half of the service fee on the card provided during booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule any client who is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.

Cancellation for couples appointments requires 24-hour notice.

Cancellation for groups of three or more requires 72-hour notice.

In consideration of our service schedule and because of advance reservation demands, we strictly enforce cancellation charge penalties.

Gift certificates are available for any amount and may be purchased over the phone or at the front desk.

Gift certificates are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.

Alcohol is prohibited on the premises.
Do NOT consume alcohol before any service.
No services will be rendered if alcohol is consumed.
Massage therapy increases blood circulation. As a result, YOU WILL GET DRUNK. Even one alcoholic beverage is too much.
Our staff will provide services that are very relaxing — without alcohol.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so we can ensure your service begins on time. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. In consideration of our next guest, your service will end at the scheduled time, regardless of when your service began.

Cell phones and pagers are prohibited in service areas.

Please shower prior to massage and body treatments. Wear deodorant, and refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes.

We recommend minimizing food and drink intake one hour before your scheduled service.

If you are having a body treatment, it is recommended that you avoid shaving for 24 hours prior.

Pregnant women should avoid steam treatments, waxing, and aromatherapy. Please inform the front desk that you are pregnant when scheduling services.

Complimentary tea and water are available. Please ask at the front desk.

For your comfort, your body will be covered and draped during the service.

If you are uncomfortable during your service (too cold, too hot, need to visit restroom), please let our professionals know so we may make your experience completely enjoyable.

A parent must accompany guests under the age of 16.

Guests under the age of 18 will be asked to provide written parental consent.

Please leave valuables and personal items at home. Natures Healing Day Spa cannot be responsible for lost items. A fee of $5 will be charged for any lost or stolen locker keys.

In order to provide a pleasant Spa Experience, we offer robes, spa sandals, complimentary paraffin hand treatments upon request, and use of the Relaxation Suite. Vanity amenities are provided for your use.
